SW-42 Series
SW-42 is a Swiss-type turning center for medium-sized precision parts, combining hybrid guide bush operation with complete tooling for front, cross, and rear machining in one process. It supports Ø42 mm machining, 6,000 rpm main and sub-spindles, and production-ready part handling.
- Hybrid guide bush supports bush or bushless machining
- Full tooling enables front, cross, and rear operations
- Main and sub-spindles at 6,000 rpm for fast cycles

Overview
SW-42 Series Maximum Performance Swiss Turning Center
SW-42 is positioned as a high-efficiency Swiss turning solution for medium-sized workpieces, targeting stable cutting conditions, repeatability, and cycle-time reduction in production environments.
A core advantage is the hybrid guide bush design, allowing operators to run in guide-bush mode for maximum support or switch to bushless mode when the process benefits from shorter remnant length and simplified setup.
The platform is built around matched main and sub-spindle capability, enabling balanced workflows for transfer operations and complete part finishing strategies. Both spindles are specified at 6,000 rpm, supporting turning plus secondary milling/drilling/tapping as required.
To support consistent production, SW-42 uses a robust workholding concept (rotary hydraulic cylinder clamping is referenced for SW-42) and a tooling layout intended for done-in-one machining across multiple faces.

Applications
General machining
Mixed prototype and production work across sizes; flexible envelopes and quick changeovers speed setups, reduce handling, and keep output consistent day to day.
Automotive
Tooling and production parts across the supply chain, from fixtures and dies to turned and milled components; repeatable referencing supports surface quality and tight tolerances.
Energy
Pump and valve components, compressor parts, and auxiliary housings; controlled cutting and chip/coolant management help protect tolerances, surface finish, and tool life.
Oil & Gas
Valve bodies, manifolds, housings, and high-integrity flanges; robust machining strategies and chip/coolant control help maintain tolerances in demanding alloys.
Defense
Housings, carriers, and structural parts in high-strength alloys; stable machining conditions and verified datums deliver repeatable accuracy under heavy cuts.
