Overview
HA-2000 Series Heavy Duty Flat-bed Turning Center
HA-2000 is engineered for super large workpiece applications where rigidity and torque are critical for productivity. The HA series is positioned for demanding sectors such as oil and energy, aerospace, shipbuilding, and metallurgy.
The machine is built around a one-piece flat-bed casting with a high-rigidity 4 box way structure. This wide platform supports stable geometry and vibration damping during heavy engagement and long-cycle turning.
At the core is a 3-step gear spindle designed to provide strong torque output at low speed to meet heavy cutting requirements. The overall architecture is aimed at maintaining stable accuracy while removing significant stock on large diameters.
For process flexibility and large-part support, the platform is designed to work with steady rest equipment and optional tooling packages. The series also references optional C-axis and live tooling solutions to extend capability into turning plus milling and drilling when required.
