HA-1600 Series Heavy Duty Flat-bed Turning Center
HA-1600 is designed for super-large workpieces where rigidity, damping, and predictable geometry are essential. The HA series is positioned for heavy-duty cutting applications and long-cycle production turning.
The machine is built around a one-piece flat-bed casting with four box ways, providing a wide, stable platform and strong vibration damping for demanding cuts on large diameters.
At the core is a 3-step gearbox spindle designed to deliver strong torque at low speed. The spindle motor output is listed at 37/45 kW (continuous/30 min), with spindle speed and spindle-bore options available to match the part mix.
For process expansion, the series supports production-oriented options such as a live tooling turret and C-axis capability, enabling turning plus milling and drilling for more complete machining in one setup.
