Overview

Twin Spindle & Twin Turret Turning Center

The GTS-200 is designed for high-output turning by running two spindles and two turrets in parallel. This architecture enables true simultaneous machining—one turret working at each spindle—to shorten cycle time without adding floor space.

For production work, the platform supports a compact work range with Ø280 mm swing and up to Ø210 mm maximum turning diameter (8″ chuck configuration), targeting fast, repeatable machining of small-to-mid size components.

To keep time between cuts low, the machine combines box-way guidance with high-speed positioning and twin 12-station turrets. The turret system is designed for rapid indexing and efficient synchronization between spindles during transfer and concurrent operations.

When parts require more than turning, the series can be configured with live tooling and optional Y-axis capability, expanding the process window to include milling/drilling features within the same setup—reducing handling, WIP, and variability.
