Overview
CY2 is a production-ready CNC lathe for repeatable accuracy on day-to-day jobs. The slant-bed layout improves chip flow and ergonomics, while the reinforced casting and wide way spacing help resist deflection and maintain surface quality.
The main spindle focuses on torque delivery at low to mid rpm for roughing, with smooth operation for finishing tools. Gang tooling with dedicated OD/ID holders shortens changeovers across mixed families of small cylindrical parts.
Setup control is streamlined through tool-setting cycles and clear access to the work zone. These functions help establish offsets quickly, verify critical features where needed, and sustain size control during longer unattended runs.
The platform can be configured with 65 mm or 51 mm bar capacities and matching collets. Options include parts catcher, chip conveyor, and coolant packages, aligning the machine with shop standards and automation goals.
Slant-bed rigidity
Reinforced casting and wide ways resist deflection on heavy cuts and long runs.
Fast changeovers
Gang tooling with OD/ID holders shortens non-cut time across varied jobs.
Offset control
Tool-setting cycles help hold tight tolerances over long production runs.
Clean chip flow
Sloped enclosure and conveyor maintain consistent evacuation and cleaner workzones.
